| Jazz returns as the rainy Friday skies part and make way for the unstoppable
music series. The Chicago Rhythm & Blues Kings performed for thousands
of Dubuquers
and tourists while a host of area food vendor served up great vittles.
And, of course, the Jaycees were poring the cold beverages from Pepsi
and, of course, Budweiser all night long. Jazz is organized by Dubuque
