| The Durrant Group, a locally based architecture, engineering, and construction management firm, celebrated the groundbreaking of its new corporate headquarters in the Port of Dubuque on June 8th. Durrant is working with the City and developers on America's River Phase II projects, including a parking facility and a mixed-use development.
