President Bill Clinton visits Peosta
A standing-room-only crowd Tuesday evening at the Peosta Community Center welcomed former president Bill Clinton to Dubuque County with rousing applause and cheers as he spoke for an hour and a half about why his wife should be elected the next President of the United States. After telling numerous personal stories and speaking on issues ranging from education to foreign policy to the economy to national healthcare, the former president took questions from the audience and then spent a full 30 minutes greeting fans and signing copies of his My Life, his biography. - Photos by Jeff Stiles
