Everything's
coming together, which is good since we're also coming down to the deadline
for opening the doors on Dec. 6th. Carpeting furniture and decorations
are pouring into the hotel. You can see some of the carpet samples in
the photos below as well as some examples of what furnished room might
look like sans mattresses. There are also some shots of the very funky
restaurant area where unique design, especially in the ceiling, mixes
with bold paint colors (green, purple and blue) to created a energetic
and modern dining experience. Outside the hotel, finishing touches adorn
the exterior of the waterpark while parking lot paving and landscaping
complete the work on the grounds themselves. Next door, the Education
and Conference Center has a foundation and promises to rise in the air
in the very near future. The Conference Center will connect to the hotel
via a sky walk.
Inside
the waterpark there is a flurry of progress. The biggest pools and the
lazy river are full of water and look awesome. Aesthetic decoration as
well as railings and more interactive water toys are being completed.
We got up in the air for some neat looks at the park that you won't want
to miss. Off camera, the Platinum Hospitality Staff are putting in overtime
filling the scores of positions that will need to be filled to operate
this incredible riverfront facility. Get ready to take your family or
loved on on a weekend getaway that's sure to create lasting memories.
