May 8th, 2002 - The Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark unveils it's new name with a beam signing featuring the Vision Iowa Board and many Dubuque dignitaries. Set to open in November of 2002, the resort already has booking for major national convention groups meaning hundreds of thousands of dollars coming into the local economy.
