Fireworks Show and Color Guard
9:46p.m. This is what it's all about. The glory of Independence Day shows best in the bright colors of the night sky. In this gallery we take a quick tour of the fireworks launch area with the Godfather of Fireworks, George Egan (White Brimmed Hat) who has been the genius behind the pyrotechnics display in Dubuque for nearly twenty years. We also feature the color guard maneuvers here as they are as much what this day is about as any fireworks could ever be.
